  Staff are treated like s**t and are payed minimum wage for hard working labour all day, sometimes with only 3 members of staff looking after the kennels. The staff force are all young and ‘shy’ so she is able to manipulate and over-work them easily . The kennels themselves for the dogs are disgusting i would never allow my own dog to sleep in such filth. The care of the dogs is not this companies main goal as the target is to get them in and out without much attention or love, leaving the dogs unsettled and anxious. The staff themselves are lovely and caring and i noticed that some would really get to know the dogs and care and cuddle them when they were feeling down, yet the staff force is so small that not every dog can be cared for properly. The boss has taken on too much to handle and it looks like a shambles from within. Looks arent everything from the outside.
