- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Okay .... I ordered a item 5 weeks ago and it still has not arrived ... Ive called several times as and keep getting fobbed off with the same story ... which is saying the item is ready for dispatch ...I was told the item would be with me within 7 days ...Ive been in the sales business to know what poor customer service is ...if they had told me that it would have taken this long I could of planned ahead but with them keep saying its imminent what am I to do ...the parcel needs a signature ... I live on my own so its not good service ...I have a life and cant sit around waiting 24 /7 .... Ive done a lot of business with you in the last 12 months over a £1000... and this will be the last time I put any sales your way ...its a shame because the products a great but the customer service you give is appalling ...and with me like most other people its all about the customer service ...and if I was late paying for the product by 5 weeks you would come down on me like a ton of bricks with ccjs and the like ...Im said that i have to write this review Ive been using technica products for 35 years now and it grieves me that it has come to this ...its your loss ....and for everyone who reads this feedback ...i m not exaggerating in any way ...just being honest ...By Admin, December 23, 2018
